Our young Appendix registered son of Stakes Winner Elkman TB was selected for his outstanding pedigree and his good looks. His sire's Vijar, AQHAfamily includes Clever Trick, sire of winners of $21,531,772, Icecapade, half brother to "Ruffian", Nearctic, Nearco and Native Dancer. His maternal family consists of four generations of AAA mares, Mizzy Moon, AAA daughter of World Champion Moon Lark, Miss Rena Mazatl AAA, Kaweah Rena AAA, and Miss Sassy Gill AAA. In addition to providing a solid speed background, he adds great profiles, elegance, and refinement. He crosses particularly well on foundation and cow-bred mares. His first two foals to enter competition in barrels and racing are winners!
Vijar has been purchased by Laura and Randy Gray, South Gillies, Ontario. They have one of his daughters, and can't wait to see him standing in their corral each morning! Congratulations Laura and Randy---he's a nice horse, and we wish you the very best with him.
